Instead of carrying paper copies around and discovering you have none when you get to site, this handy app allows you to complete the form digitally and email a copy of the completed form afterwards. So you don t have to worry about losing the paperwork! Please note that all oil tank installations should only be carried out by an OFTEC registered technician or similarly competent person. Clarehill Plastics Limited accepts no responsibility for the wrong tank being specified as a result of this form being filled out incorrectly.
